Christmas Giveaway!

Some people say Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, and for the most part I agree with that. But it surely can be stressful. I feel like it is an endless game of coordinating schedules, who is buying what present for who, what party or event is happening on that date, when are my kids Christmas programs at school or church, and the list can go on. On a side note, does anyone feel like you are just exchanging money with your siblings for presents? “I want a Patagonia hat and in exchange I will send you a gift card to the store of your choice…” That really isn’t how my siblings do it, but its close!

As I look back on the year I am so thankful for all the many blessings that my family has enjoyed. We are healthy, my 3 year old son finally decided to sleep through the night, we have our health, and we have been so blessed by our clients and the business of the real estate market in Fort Wayne. I am so thankful that there are people out there that entrusted me to help sell their home and others that allowed me to be a part of the home buying process! I really do love meeting new people, walking through some of the great homes in the Fort Wayne area, and learning more about those families and their stories.

I want to thank everyone for their support and for entrusting me with your real estate needs! If you need $100 CASH to help get that present for a loved one, need some coffee, or need a cool new tumbler from Delivering Memories Photography, then I got you covered! You will have three chances to win. 1 – LIKE, SHARE, AND TAG me on this post on my Facebook Page. 2 – Comment on this blog below with your favorite Christmas Memory. 3 – Fill out the form below.

Matthew Hawkins Two of my favorite Christmas memories (there are soooo many) from when I was really little. My grandparents used to take the cousins all together on a downtown carriage ride! It stopped when there got to be too many of us. My parents also used to take me and my sister to see the Nutcracker ballet each year through my dad’s work providing tickets. The company also stopped doing that. This year my parents took us all back to see the ballet (last week) and tomorrow Tyler and I are going on a carriage ride for my first time in years!!! So very grateful for memories and the people I make them with ♥️

I have too many to list- but a tradition that I always loved was cutting down a Christmas tree together as a family, then decorating it that night with my mom. It was always “our thing”, and is still one of my favorite traditions to uphold.

Being able to spend Christmas with my son. It’s so exciting to bring the joy in his life and go do things I loved to do, like go see really cool Christmas lights and I’m thrilled to be able to more as he gets older!

Sledding with my brothers after opening gifts! We lived on a hill that ran into a lake that was frozen in the winter, so fun!

I’m struggling to think of a favorite memory…. But, I do laugh when I remember the year that I unwrapped a used hair brush from my grandmother. She was the definition of frugal.

Waking up to my parents in their robes with coffee, my dad making breakfast as classic Christmas music filled the house. The camera on a tripod ready to catch all the excitement as my sister and I tore into gifts.

My favorite memory has always been Christmas Eve. We would always get to open one present and it was always a new set of pajamas and it’s a tradition I plan to continue forever
